Our Mission
Coconut Island Caribbean Cuisine is a family business owned and operated by a family of Barbadians and Jamaicans.
CICC, is a West Indian Food Truck that is designed to serve the Pasco and surrounding counties. Not only will CICC please the palettes and appetites of the nearby communities; it will be strategically operating in prime areas with excellent street visibility and high traffic count to captivate the attention and taste buds of those individuals looking for exquisite West Indian Cuisine.
Our goal is to offer dishes that would appease to the taste of the all cultures having an appetite for Caribbean food. Our Food Trailer will enable us to operate in areas that eliminates the need of having to travel miles to access this these types of dishes.
Our customers will have an option to order from the Food Truck or take away, we offer a wide variety of mouthwatering Caribbean dishes, soups, desserts, pastries, breads and items not easily found in our vicinity.
